* Read carefully all item descriptions so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
* If you are only interest in ordering digital items, contact me through dms/email, so the shipping fee won't be charged.
* Be sure to enter all the correct data. Wrong shipping information may cause the loss of the package and will not be refunded. If returned to sender, you will have to pay for shipping again.
* Processing of orders will take up to
1 week. I'll deliver the packages to the post office preferably on Mondays and Thursdays. Update mail will be sent when shipped.
* Certified shipping time will average from 3-4 weeks, as that is the standard rate the Peruvian post office works with. Also, according to the service, they are CURRENTLY unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, Guam, Jersey and India and any other country in war/armed conflicts. If you are unsure about your country even if not listed here, please DM me.
* Tracking updates may appear on the main post service of the country once it leaves Perú.
* I am not responsible for any lost/damaged products, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order so we can discuss a possible solution. If items are damaged, make sure to provide me with clear photos as proof in an email.
* You can reach out to me through dms if there are artworks you'd like to purchase that are not in my shop's catalogue.
* I make most items myself, so all profit goes directly to continue supporting my art, but you are free to make purchases from my InPrnt or RedBubble accounts if you prefer (links in my twitter).
